The first volume of the Works-Romanzi, Teatro, Racconti-collects all of Tondelli’s narrative work, from Altri libertini to Pao Pao, from Rimini to Camere separate.
The volume features a chronology of the author’s life, an introduction by Fulvio Panzeri that rereads the complexity of Tondelli’s work in the musical references from CCCP-Fedeli alla Linea to Morrissey and the Smiths, as well as a rich apparatus of notes to the text that offer unpublished materials (letters, interviews, work notes) documenting the elaboration of each work.
Also of note is an unpublished text: the subject of the only film written by Tondelli and made by director Luciano Mannuzzi, Sabato Italiano.
